Take the poll: what price will Juno's IPO open for trading??

Thursday, 11-December-2014

Juno Therapeutics is shaping up to be biotech's most anticipated, and largest IPO of 2014.  In a regulatory filing with the SEC, the initial terms of the deal were set on Tuesday.  They plan to offer 9,250,000 shares at a price range of $15-$18.  The underwriters have an option to sell an additional 1,387,500 shares.  Note: these terms might change

At the high end of the range, and presuming the underwriters sell their extra shares, this would bring in approximately $191 million, and gives the company a market capitalization of about $1.4 billion.  There will be 77,553,606 shares of common stock outstanding afterwards.

So let's have some fun with the BIG question at hand: where do you think the stock will open for trading?  Please cast your vote below, and I will tweet out the results at the end of the day.

UPDATE: Voting is now closed and the results are in.  Thanks to all of those who participated!
